Thank you everyone that came out for our 2nd outing at Mililani Golf Course. It took me a while to recoup for all the fun and sun hahaha!. It was a great outing with many returning players and some new ones. I am slowly meeting everyone and getting to know you all. I may not remember your names quite yet but I am able to recognize the ones that I met that are Hilton employees. This outing I had the pleasure of playing with Randy Pinacate, Kalen Carviero and George Asato they were my cart buddies and I was glad to keep up with you guys. I only lost 2 balls and both were in the water tried to lay up but it rolled into the water ditch oh well. I can only hope that you all had as much fun as I did – I did get to banter my fellow cart buddies on certain holes. Randy tried his best to get his hole in one but eventually settled for a greenie.

THANK YOU EVERYONE THAT PARTICIPATED!!!! I think the overall concensus was that
everyone had a great time. It was good seeing everyone as well as meeting some of the people that I have only been conversing on messenger. Here are the results:
1st Par 3 was won by Taylor 2nd Par 3 was won by Marcus 3rd Par 3 Mary 4th Par 3 Billy
Congratulations also most said I had to get longer tape measures – well I had high expectation that everyone would be within the 6 feet – I guess not haha.
For the lowest score 1st was Zach 2nd Maurice 3rd Ryan – For the highest Score John Mac

On our next outing – we will try and give better handicapping – I have worked out the handicap based on what everyone shot yesterday however to truly get a good average we need at least 5 games – you can message me with score, course rating and slope for the tee boxes you use, and I will add to your average.

TO THE FIRST DART PLAYERS GOLF TOURNAMENT AT ROYAL KUNIA COUNTRY CLUB
Golf Royal Kunia Monday May 24th must be there at 9 AM
First tee time is 9:28 AM
Round Fee is $47 this includes the cart
Attire collared shirt short or long sleeve
Bring $$ for entry to our Events:
1- Closest to the hole on Par 3’s, doesn’t need to par or birdie – just need exact measured distance. We will have a tape measure at each Par 3’s.
2- Lowest Round scores – we have modified this as a handicap event which means everyone should have a decent chance of winning – here is the breakdown:
72/below Tier 1 handicap 5
73-85 Tier 2 handicap 10
86-95 Tier 3 handicap 18
96/Up Tier 4 handicap Men 24 Women 36
There will 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placements for this event
3- Golf Poker * random holes will be chosen and those scores will make up your hand, highest hand wins the pot. All pars are considered Aces. All birdies and above are considered Jokers
Example:
Hole 3 you score 8 – 4 over par
Hole 7 you score par Ace
Hole 10 you score par Ace
Hole 13 you score 4
Hole 18 you score par Ace your hand consist of 3 Aces one eight and one 4
The holes will be determined before start of play. The scoring is total number of strokes per hole. Dennis will have a premade template of the holes drawn – to record everyone’s hand. If there is a tie Junk N Po will be used to determine who gets the trophy – monies divided equally.
If you haven’t turned in your Tier for the handicap portion please do as soon as possible – we have already determined some of the players others we don’t know and need your assistance. We hope to have the scorecards pre-done for game day, as much as possible we want to make this easy and just pick up and go, the carts will have your names on them and your start times – do not be late.

If any of you would like to download this free app and use it to score your rounds you may do so since most of us have smart phones. This is a free app and will keep your score and stats – you can even keep your groups scores as well. This has GPS for the Royal Kunia Country Club – you can plan your shots as well. It is call Golf Pad free on Google Play and App Store. Try it out. I believe we can use it for the outing. If this is successful – Dennis is thinking of doing this quarterly, any feedback will be appreciated.
Golf Pad Simple Instructions:
My husband has been using this feature for 2 weeks now and he likes it.
This may take everyone a little getting used to but it is a good free app. When keeping scores of multiple players you need to set up names at the beginning – a little people icon will be at the bottom left for you to tap on – their names will pop up and you can add their scores.

Please be sure to have someone keep manual scorecards as we learn this app for now – I am hoping to use this in future outings.
