It All Started One Night
when I decided to play in a dart tournament happening at one of the bars that some co-workers and I frequented. Normally we play among ourselves just partners and eat and drink for a couple of hours.
There was tournaments held there every Friday night – we usually just play ourselves and watched the players. There were about 20+ players every week. One night I decided to try – the rest is history. I started playing more tournaments and league and competing in a way I never thought possible.
Me, as a person find great passion with playing darts. I’m not very good, but I have the drive to try and succeed. Many times I have gotten to the point that I just wanted to crawl in a hole and forget everything that I worked for, but the players both high and low is what keeps me going by giving me encouragement. I hold those endorsements to my heart because without that I would’ve given up. I want to help in any way that I can, mentor someone to achieve their goals and not give up, sometimes maybe too much – I feel that it will all come out in the wash some day.
